STEM Level 2: Physical Science

Ready to dive even deeper in STEM? This camp builds on our introductory medley course, allowing kids to get a more in-depth look at the STEM. This includes topics like chemistry, biology, optics, geometry, physics, nanotechnology, electronics, and aeronautics. Students will complete a variety of hands-on projects to take home to get a deeper understanding of these topics and have some fun along the way!

**8 and 9-year olds must have taken the Introduction to STEM or the STEM Medley before enrolling in this camp. While we recommend everyone start with either our Introduction to STEM or our STEM Medley class, 10 and 11-year olds may register for this camp without taking an introductory course first.**

Coding

Have you always wanted to know how a computer actually works? In this camp, you will learn the basics of computer coding, how an algorithm actually works (and what it actually is), and what actually goes into making a computer program. You will even design and build your own simple app or game over the course of the week.
